Getting Started with NAC

The first question many of our prospective clients ask is "How easy is it to get started with NAC?" The answer...very easy.

No Set-up Fees or Monthly Minimums

First of all, there are no set up fees or upfront costs to you. If your member records are currently maintained in a computerized database, NAC will assist you with the data conversion and handle the auditing of the transferred accounts to insure that memberships do not "slip through the cracks." A "turn on/turn off" date with your present processing service, such as your bank, will be coordinated by NAC.

The Process is Easy

If you are opening a new facility, the process is very easy. Simply submit your membership agreements to NAC in our postage-paid envelopes or via a file uploaded to our Internet site and the rest is up to us!

We will send an introductory letter to your members introducing NAC, if requested by you. All aspects of billing and collection will be handled by the NAC staff, including collection follow up, verification of EFT information, cancellation inquiries, and so on. You are free to concentrate your energy on bringing new business into the club, confident that the billing process is being handled by professionals who have been in the industry 20 years.

Software, ID Cards, Photos - We'll Get You Started!

We will also advise you on ordering software and hardware for your facility, including the design of membership id cards or key tags, incorporation of photos into your software, file organization, and other important internal controls that will ensure that your club runs smoothly and efficiently.
